Our Mission & Vision History of Wisdom Network. This ministry came from an inspired revelation after many months of fasting and prayer. I had many shut-ins with the Lord in America and, sometimes, in London in 2006 -- a year I considered a trying and challenging spiritual year. It was between April and August that year that the Lord revealed many things to me and Wisdom Network seeks to refocus the vision and mission of WOSEM back to its earlier call in modern dimension with different population in mind. The Lord allows me to know, in depth, that the power of prayer has gone out of many churches and righteousness no longer exists in many assemblies. Thus, the Lord asked me to go back to London and train people; invest in heavy soul winning, use every technology available, and permeate communities with house fellowships and prayer centers. He said we are to go back to the basics (Acts 2:42-45), operating through house fellowship, door-to-door outreach, and all facilities that would enable us to reach out to people, preparing them for the return of the Lord. We are to go and turn the sorrow of the people to joy. Although, we have branches of the mother ministry in London and other European countries, I am called to the communities of the professionals and the un-churched. We are to demonstrate the love and power of the Gospel before them. They are to be prepared for the coming of their Maker. We are sent to the reserved generations -- those in hiding -- to come out of their hiding places and get them ready for the end-time harvest. Mission. Spread the Gospel throughout the boroughs of London through community house fellowships, using the Pentecostal model of the Apostles. Vision. World outreach. Community involvement and development. Provide a forum whereby the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated, and the confused can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and encouragement. Help believers experience New Testament worship, fellowship and discipleship for effective spiritual services. Equip Saints into spiritual maturity. Objectives. Follow the pattern in acts of Apostle 2:42 -47 and experience the five facets of growth as in the first church at Jerusalem. The first church fellowshipped, edified each other, worshiped, ministered, and evangelized. Thus, our mission includes discipleship and nurturing new believers and associate ministries through set up of meaningful cell groups and prayer workshops Reach out to a multi-racial and multi-cultural society through evangelism and neighborhood cell group prayer meetings, Internet services, seminars, revivals and public media. (Matt 28:18-20 Mal 2:6) Engage the new converts in New Testament worship, fellowship and discipleship for effective spiritual services in collaboration with other Christian organizations or institutions. Equip Saints into spiritual maturity through profound quality teaching, discipleship, and practical prayer life. Mentor members to maximum productivity. (Heb 13:20, Jer 1:17-19, 23) Empower Spiritual leaders through various Christian network programs, workshops, Seminars and thorough leadership training for greater profitability. (Eph 6:10-18, Acts 2, Cor 6:7, 10:4) Exemplification. Wisdom Network models the example of our mentor, our Lord Jesus Christ in his earthly ministry. It seeks to replicate the three things that attracted large crowds to Him. Jesus did three things with crowds Our strategy is to engage in a process of turning seekers into saints, consumers into contributors, members into ministers and audience into army. It is an incredible difficult task to lead people from self-centered consumerism to being servant-hearted Christians. Our focus is on growing people with a process. This concept is the heart of being a purpose–driven ministry. The fellowship is in the disciple–development business, and our product is changed lives–Christ like people. 1. Worship helps you focus on God. It prepares you spiritually and emotionally for the work ahead. |
